Fresh Raw Juice Is Superfood!

Eating lots of raw fruits and vegetables is a healthy choice.

Juicing is a convenient way to get concentrated nutrition from fruits and vegetables. Freshly juiced vegetables and fruits are a rich source of easy to digest vitamins, minerals, enzymes and phytochemicals.
Raw juice cleanses the body, increases energy, and assists in the recovery from illness. It effectively detoxifies, as well as builds.

Two famous healers who pioneered the use of therapeutic juicing are
Max Gerson, MD who treated cancer patients using a juice therapy regimen and Ann Wigmore, co-founder of the Hippocrates Health Institute. Their work continues to inspire millions of health-conscious folks today.

One of my colonic clients shared her favorite juice recipe with me. It has become my daily elixir. Try it! Use all organic produce, of course:

1 medium sized bunch spinach

1 large cucumber
1/2 head celery
1 large bunch cilantro
1/2 bunch parsley
1 lemon
1-2 inches fresh ginger root

(This recipe makes approx a quart depending on the type of juicer used.)
