Your Fear Will Make Some People VERY Rich in Today's Crumbling Economy

Critical Alert: The Swine Flu Pandemic – Fact or Fiction?

Much Fear Mongering Being Promoted

"According to the Associated Press at least one financial analyst estimates up to $388 million worth of Tamiflu sales in the near future, and that's without a pandemic outbreak.

More than half a dozen pharmaceutical companies, including Gilead Sciences Inc., Roche, GlaxoSmithKline and other companies with a stake in flu treatments and detection, have seen a rise in their shares in a matter of days, and will likely see revenue boosts if the swine flu outbreak continues to spread.

As soon as Homeland Security declared a health emergency, 25 percent -- about 12 million doses -- of Tamiflu and Relenza treatment courses were released from the nation's stockpile. However, beware that the declaration also allows unapproved tests and drugs to be administered to children. Many health- and government officials are more than willing to take that chance with your life, and the life of your child. But are you?

I suspect you have likely been alarmed by the media's coverage of the swine flu scare. It has a noticeable subplot - preparing you for draconian measures to combat a future pandemic as well as forcing you to accept the idea of mandatory vaccinations.

On April 27, Time magazine published an article which discusses how dozens died and hundreds were injured from vaccines as a result of the 1976 swine flu fiasco, when the Ford administration attempted to use the infection of soldiers at Fort Dix as a pretext for a mass vaccination of the entire country.

Despite acknowledging that the 1976 farce was an example of “how not to handle a flu outbreak”, the article still introduces the notion that officials “may soon have to consider whether to institute draconian measures to combat the disease”.

Protect Yourself Without Dangerous Drugs and Vaccinations

...there are always going to be threats of flu pandemics, real or created, and there will always be potentially toxic vaccines that are peddled as the solution. But you can break free of that whole drug-solution trap by following some natural health principles."

You can avoid the flu, without getting vaccinated, by following simple guidelines, which will keep your immune system in optimal working order so that you're far less likely to acquire the infection to begin with.

Swine Flu Scare Demands Healthy Immunity

The Swine Flu scare alerts those of us who are vigilantly health conscious to keep our immune systems functioning optimally.

FLUSH TOXIC WASTE!

Viruses, yeasts and parasites feed on the built-up waste in our cells. NOW is the best time to get serious about your internal cleansing. Keep ahead of the masses whose immune systems are compromised by a chronic burden of toxicity. Weakened and toxic immune systems are more prone to succumbing to the virus.

Medical science continues to study the relationship between immune function and the intestines. The gut plays a significant role in the human immune system. "There is more and more evidence that gut flora have a tremendously important influence on human health," says Yasmine Belkaid, Ph.D., of the National Institutes of Health

U.S. Sells Unhealthy Corn ALL Around The World

New Research: Fiber Kills Cancer

Researchers at the Medical College of Georgia have discovered that roughage activates a receptor with cancer-killing potential, preventing colon cancer. The scientists report in the April issue of Cancer Research that the receptor (GPR109A) is activated by butyrate, a metabolite produced by fiber-eating bacteria in the colon. The receptor puts a double-whammy on cancer by sending signals that trigger cell death, or apoptosis, and shutting down a protein that causes inflammation, a precursor to cancer.

Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids are a sometimes embarrassing topic of discussion. By age 50, about half of adults have had to deal with the itching, discomfort and bleeding that can signal the presence of hemorrhoids.

The best way to prevent hemorrhoids is to keep your stools soft, so they pass easily. According to the Mayo Clinic: To prevent hemorrhoids and reduce symptoms of hemorrhoids, follow these tips:

* Eat high-fiber foods. Eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Doing so softens the stool and increases its bulk, which will help you avoid the straining that can cause hemorrhoids or worsen symptoms from existing hemorrhoids. Add fiber to your diet slowly to avoid problems with gas.
* Drink plenty of fluids. Drink six to eight glasses of water and other liquids (not alcohol) each day to help keep stools soft.
* Consider fiber supplements. Most people don't get enough of the recommended amount of fiber — 20 to 35 grams a day — in their diet. Studies have shown that over-the-counter fiber supplements, i.e. psyllium husks, improve overall symptoms and bleeding from hemorrhoids. These products help keep stools soft and regular. If you use fiber supplements, be sure to drink at least eight glasses of water or other fluids every day. Otherwise, the supplements can cause constipation or make constipation worse.
* Don't strain. Straining and holding your breath when trying to pass a stool creates greater pressure in the veins in the lower rectum.
* Go as soon as you feel the urge. If you wait to pass a bowel movement and the urge goes away, your stool could become dry and be harder to pass.
* Exercise. Stay active to reduce pressure on veins, which can occur with long periods of standing or sitting, and to help prevent constipation. Exercise can also help you lose excess weight that may be contributing to your hemorrhoids.
* Avoid long periods of standing or sitting. Sitting too long, particularly on the toilet, can increase the pressure on the veins in the anus.

What Goes In Affects What Comes Out

American film maker Robert Kenner's "Food, Inc." is a hard-hitting expose of the agribusiness.

The United Nations says food production is the main cause of pollution and the destruction of ecosystems because of the massive use of chemical pesticides and fertilizers.

Food, Inc. is expected to be released June, 2009 in the United States by Magnolia Pictures. Kenner said the international rights were being sold in Berlin's European Film Market.

"The film is ostensibly about food but it's also about the concentrated power in the United States and the corrupting effects of that power," said Eric Schlosser, author of "Fast Food Nation". He is in the film and also spoke as a panelist.

"But it's not only the United States, you also see the same tendencies in the European Union. It's a real threat to ordinary people when one company has so much control."

New Choice for Colonoscopy Preparation

Many people avoid colon cancer screening due to the cramp-producing liquid laxative that turns on the "runs" and keeps you running!

Colon Hydrotherapy is an effective preparation for the routine Colonoscopy procedure that the doctor prescribes every 5 years after the age of 50. A series of colonics effectively cleanses the bowel without the fuss and mess of the standard liquid drink prep.

Danbury Hospital, ranked in the top 5% of hospitals in the country for overall clinical performance, offers colon hydrotherapy as an alternative method to cleanse the bowel in preparation for the colonoscopy screening procedure. Danbury Hospital is a teaching facility associated with numerous and prestigious medical schools, such as The Yale University School of Medicine and Columbia University Medical Center. Colon Hydrotherapy Explained

Oasis Colonics in Portland, Oregon
uses state-of-the-art, sanitary, closed-system colon hydrotherapy equipment with a triple filtered water filtration system, including ultra-violet light. It is designed to meet the highest industry safety standards.

This safe, gentle and effective procedure is becoming increasingly popular among people who want to reclaim their health, and prevent premature aging and disease. At Oasis Colonics, many first time colon hydrotherapy clients often ask similar questions. Below are a few examples.

~~How long does it take? ~~
At Oasis Colonics, we allow one and a half hours for each session. You will be on the table for approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

~~Is it uncomfortable? ~~
A colonic should NEVER be uncomfortable. At Oasis Colonics, most clients find the experience quite pleasant once they become accustomed to it.

~~Do I have to fast before a colonic? ~~
At Oasis Colonics, fasting is not a requirement. For maximum comfort, however, we recommend that your stomach is fairly empty when you come in for your session. Eat lightly during the day of your session, and, refrain from eating or drinking for two hours before your session.

~~Can I eat afterward? ~~
Yes, you can.

~~Are there restrictions on activities after a colonic? ~~
At Oasis Colonics, we encourage you to listen to your body after your session. Usually it's best to rest a bit after a colonic, if possible, to give your colon time to settle down. If you feel tired, rest and drink a lot of purified water. If you are energized, drink a lot of purified water and enjoy your feeling of lightness and clarity.

~~How will I feel after a colonic? ~~
At Oasis Colonics, some clients feel fatigued after a session. Other clients feel quite energized. If you feel tired or achy, it is because your body is still detoxifying. Drink a lot of purified water and rest. You will, most likely, feel quite renewed.

~~I've heard that getting a colonic depletes the body of necessary bacteria. Is this true? ~~
This idea is based on inaccurate information. The fact is that both friendly bacteria (probiotics) and unfriendly bacteria (harmful, toxic bacteria, fungi and viruses) dwell in the gut. These "flora" reproduce more efficiently in a clean environment. A colonic will not deplete the friendly flora. Conversely, the unfriendly bacteria thrive in a dirty environment. It is the unfriendly bacteria that can cause all kinds of health issues.

~~Having a colonic sounds like a very embarrassing procedure to me... ~~
It is the fear of embarrassment that is worse than any actual embarrassment. At Oasis Colonics, your comfort is very important. We will help ease any trepidation on your first visit by education and a gentle manner.

~~How do I know if I have toxins and encrusted feces in my colon? ~~
Symptoms of toxicity can include chronic constipation or diarrhea, fatigue, depression, headaches, skin blemishes, bad breath, weight issues, lack of vitality and several others.

~~How many sessions will I need? ~~
At Oasis Colonics, we recognize that each person is unique. Generally, a series of three to six colonics is adequate for a thorough initial cleansing. Additional colonics may be useful to tone up a lazy colon for someone who has a bowel condition such as constipation or excessive bloating, or who is in the process of healing a chronic disease. Treatments are administered by a skilled colon hydrotherapist who has over 25 years of experience in this field.
